Hi friend 👋!

Back in 2017 I started a fitness program for adults 60+ after our grandpa passed away.

Although our grandpa was an athlete and active in his younger days, as time went one, his weight crept up, he slowly lost strength, and he had to stop doing all the things he once loved.

That is, until he suffered an aortic aneurism which drastically changed his (and my grandma's like) until he passed in 2016.

We started to look for a fitness program that our grandma could participate in to avoid the same fate.

But, we quickly discovered that:

❌ Finding a fitness program for older adults was almost impossible.

❌ Ones that did exist, did not meet the real needs of someone in their 60's and 70's.

❌ Some personal trainers would work with her, but trainers cost $500-$1000 per month.

All we wanted was a program to help her gain strength and improve her health. But nothing existed.

So, we took matters into our own hands and created a fitness program specifically for adults 60+ that she and a few friends could participate in.

What happened next was truly amazing...

Within months a few people heard about us and asked if they could join.

Next thing you know, we had so many older adults inquiring about this new program, we had to change the entire schedule at our gym, Fit Body Boot Camp.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 9:15am, 10:15am, 11:15am

Tuesday & Thursday at 9:15am

All sessions are 45 minutes in length and our clients attend 2-3 times per week.

Yes, you certainly can.

The number of participants per sessions is very limited to ensure our personal trainers can give you the personal attention you need to achieve great results with the program.

Even if it’s been a while since you’ve worked out or have limited flexibility, our expert coaches will be able to adapt the program to your specific needs.

What Is The Cost?
